I have been a hunting guide for 6 years and a police officer for 10. I could not wait to buy this belt with one pouch, the hydration pack, and fanny pack. I have been hunting the North East since I was a kid, we do everything from all day sits in the early season to tracking and still hunting for days on end. This system has exceeded my expectations and I will be purchasing another belt to setup for applications regarding me employment. I can't wait to try this out on a rifle hunt out west in 2025.

Great addition to FHF lineup

The Apex belt is another great addition to the FHF lineup. I took it out hiking/scouting a couple times now and was pleased with the comfort level and stability even with many accessories attached (filled new lumbar pack, two full 1-L water bottles, GPS, nav pouch). Very modular because of the well thought out details that FHF has put into it. The Apex belt's design allows multiple connection points. I attached the Air Frame to the Apex belt using a FHF bino harness/chest rig without the hydration pack by playing around using various straps, buckles and triglides at several different attachment points on the belt. I was also able to attach an old FHF harness sans binos to the Apex belt, but it was not as comfortable as I had thought it would be. I will likely wait and use the suspenders when using the Apex belt without a bino/chest rig harness if I think I need that extra support.
