It’s been 2 months and still no Bungee closure

Harness fits great but arrived without bungee closure I have to use string or paracord to hold the top closed. Customer service said they mailed out a bungee cord but it’s been 2 months and still hasn’t arrived.

Stick with the original

These pull tabs are wide, and very stiff. Result is they create an awkward lever over the hook, slipping off to the side. Not a big deal, but the original light webbing tab is better, will stick with those
