Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your recent FHF Gear order!  Please follow the steps below to ensure you are eligible for our returns program, should you need to return or exchange anything on this order.  Please note that all returns must be approved via our website before you send the product back to us.

    1. To return or exchange a product, it must be unused, clean and have the tags attached. Save all original packaging including the clear polybag (where applicable) that your product(s) arrived in. Please keep the product clean and away from pets, liquids, odors, etc.  
    2. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We provide free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the sale date on full price items purchased in the lower 48 states. Free returns are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Shipping is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTEwe do not provide free returns or offer refunds for items purchased through our pro program or during sale periods.  Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods, or at a discounted rate can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size, IF inventory is available at the time our warehouse validates your return.  ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED RATE AND SENT BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE THAT CANNOT BE FULFILLED DUE TO UNAVAILABLE INVENTORY WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.  If you need help with sizing, please contact us to assist you with your selection. Valid proof of purchase is required for authorization of all returns and exchanges. 

  1. You must obtain a return authorization number via the process below before returning your product(s). Upon issuance of your return authorization number, eligible orders will be provided a printable UPS Ground return label.

To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim, select the applicable option below and follow the instructions. Please allow up to three business days to hear back from us with an updated return status.

FHF Gear products are made in the USA with high quality, US sourced material. If any product should fail due to a material flaw or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Issues associated with normal wear and use can be repaired at a minimal and reasonable charge. Please contact us for such requests.

Please note that lost, misplaced, or broken parts (due to use, storage, etc.) are not covered under warranty. In the event that you should you need a replacement part, they are available for purchase.

Shipping Information, Back Orders and International Orders


     All Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed and shipped the next available business day. If you require any last minute changes to your order, please contact us ASAP at and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    We do not currently accept or offer backorders, but encourage you to sign up for restocking notifications if the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock. You can do this by selecting the "Email When Available" button that appears on the product page if a selected item is sold out.

    International orders are welcomed! Please be advised that additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery of your package. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Such fees will NOT be calculated or included with your transaction through FHF Gear, Inc. FHF Gear, Inc. is not responsible for these charges, and we encourage you to check the international shipping regulations for the receiving country.

    Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to 24 business days to be delivered. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when your order ships) for delivery status. FHF Gear will cover shipping charges associated with returns/exchanges if the customer received incorrect items in their shipment. If an international customer wishes to exchange or return items for any other reason, it will be the customers responsibility to cover international shipping costs.

    Discount Codes and Sales

    Discount Codes are offered through a variety of platforms, including social media and our email list. Please note our email subscribers may be provided with exclusive promotions not otherwise available. You may subscribe by visiting the link at the bottom of our homepage. Discount codes and sale prices may be unannounced and will not be applied retroactively to pending or completed orders. Discount codes will NOT be applied toward shipping costs unless the code is specific to free or discounted shipping. We thank you for your understanding.
