You may submit multiple forms if you have more than one item to register for warranty. The more detailed your submission is, the more likely we will be able to provide warranty coverage if you are to submit a claim later. If any product should fail due to a material flaw or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge according to our Warranty Policy - submit a warranty request here.
