These holders deform the eventually permanently ruin the tape on the calls. All the other stuff i have gotten from FHF has bee good....so far....but this was a flop. missed the mark on this one.
Concept is good but execution is poor. Yes, the calls fit sideways but the excess material that is folded gets in the way and wrinkles the call if you are not careful. Wider would be better.
I see all a lot of interestingly obtuse reviews. The calls are suppose to be placed vertically as shown in the pictures on the product page. So, one wing out, one wing in the pouch.
I am sure there is a video somewhere showing how to expand the pouches but out of the package the pouches are way too tight. Folds up your diaphragms and hard to get them in/out.
It's really hard to get calls into it. Then once there in, it bends the outside of the call and ruins the seal to your mouth. It also stretches the reeds out on turkey and elk calls making them sound like garbage.
